Day Day 1:: Bhaktapur and Patan City tour — Major AttractionsWe pick up from you hotel 8 am within Kathmandu city Bhaktapur Durbar square:Bhaktapur, the "City of Devotees" is a cultural UNESCO world heritage site of Nepal. This ancient Newar city is 15km far from Kathmandu was used to be a Malla kingdom till the end of 17th century. The 55 window palace, Golden gate, Lion's gate, Taleju temple, Mini Pashupati temple, Vatsala temple, Nyatapola temple, Bhairavnath temple, sculptures, statues etc. are the major alluring features of Bhaktapur Durbar square. Bhaktapur city is also considered as an open museum of medieval art and architecture with fine examples of sculptures, wood carving and pagoda temples dedicated to many gods and goddesses. The ancient traditions of locals, festivals, colorful celebrations, excellent architectures are the living proofs of its rich cultural heritage. Patan Durbar Square:Patan, the "City of Fine Arts" is extremely famous for exceptional ancient craftwork. Patan is probably one of the oldest Buddhist cities in the world. Patan Durbar Square is a spectacular sight of Asia indeed with full of Hindu temples, Palace and Buddhist shrines. Patan Museum, Krishna temple, Hiranya Varna Mahavihar, Golden window, Golden temple, Mahabouddha temple, water spouts etc. are major attractions of this UNESCO world heritage site.
