Day Day 1:: Arrival in Bodh Gaya — Upon arrival at Bodh Gaya via flight or train, our representative from Journey DMC will meet and greet you and transfer you to the Hotel. Later, in the afternoon, we will be visiting the Mahabodhi Temple, the holiest site in Bodh Gaya, where Gautama Buddha attained enlightenment. Explore the temple complex, including the Bodhi Tree and the Great Buddha Statue. Participate in meditation or quiet reflection in the tranquil surroundings. Overnight in hotel.[-/-/D] Day Day 2:: Sightseeing in Bodh Gaya — After breakfast, we will visit the Dungeshwari Cave Temples which is also known as the Mahakala Caves. These caves are where Gautama Buddha practiced asceticism before attaining enlightenment. Explore the caves and absorb the spiritual atmosphere. Return to Bodh Gaya and visit the Thai Monastery and the 80-foot tall Buddha statue. In the evening, visit the Bodhgaya Archaeological Museum to learn more about the history of Buddhism and view ancient artifacts. Overnight in hotel.[B/-/D] Day Day 3:: Drive Bodh Gaya to Kushinagar — After breakfast, check out from your hotel and depart for Kushinagar.
