Cancellation terms
In case of the cancellation of holidays, following charges will be applicable; If you cancel your package less than 40 days prior to the date of departure, 30% of the total holiday cost will be charged. If you cancel your package between 39 and 25 days prior to the date of departure, 55 % of the total holiday cost per person will be charged. If you cancel your package between 24 and 15 days prior to the date of departure, 85 % of the total holiday cost per person will be charged. If you cancel your package less than 14 days prior to the date of departure, 100% of the total holiday cost per person will be charged. In case of no show: 100% of the total tour cost will be levied. If you want to cancel only one passenger out of two (or in part when more number of passengers are traveling), second passenger will have to pay for the single occupancy which will be calculated and provided at the time of cancellation. Otherwise cancel both the passengers.
