01 / THE EXPERIENCE

Discover the journey

Pisang peak is situated in the north of Manang Valley. It is a three day excursion from Upper Pisang which can be explored with the famous route of Annapurna Circuit. Proper acclimatization is the key to successful climb. One must follow guidelines given by the specialized Sherpas very properly as mountain regions are very dangerous and sensitive. The peak was first summited in 1955. It is a hard climb due to huge rock slabs and snowy conditions. The trek starts from Besisahar towards Manang valley to reach Chame, Pisang, Upper Pisang and acclimatize. Then, you reach Base Camp and High Camp for the summit and descend back to Upper Pisang. You will reach Manang and continue Annapurna Circuit over the Thorung La Pass and fly to Pokhara from Jomsom.
